Dark splotches obscure key words, polka dots.

Dust floats about, turning everything pallid

And a hoary stench surrounds the letter

 

Smudged script beneath the silver shroud

Written in England, a Queen by signature

Clear letters spell m-u-r-d-e-r and p-l-o-t

Motive taken by filth, meaning not

 

A royal hand dripping ink onto parchment

Scalding wax branded with an intricate R
